What is Ayurveda?
In short Ayurveda is 'Mother Nature' as defined by one of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Ayurvedic Practitioners. But it is commonly defined as The Science of Life in our Western World.
It is an ancient science from Indian found books called The Vedas written over 5000years ago. Before that is was word of mouth indigenous teachings that spanned many millennia.
It has many similarities to Traditional Chinese Medicine and other Eastern ancient traditions in medicine.
Forgotten "Common Sense" is a usual response when people first learn about the Nature of life and about different elements like ETHER, AIR, FIRE, WATER, EARTH and effect us internally and externally.
